Our project managers also have a role in supporting more environmentally sustainable construction, actively helping our customers use fewer resources, reduce their carbon emissions and improve their environmental impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing project tenders and bids
- Coordinating and managing all project resources including people, materials, and equipment
- Keeping clients, subcontractors, and suppliers up to date throughout the project
- Resolving any technical problems that occur
- Monitoring and reporting project performance
- Driving improvements in safety, productivity, and sustainability.
